No Attorney-Client Relationship; Professional Obligations

Use of the Services, including submission of information through contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, or other features, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Visio Law, LLC. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a signed engagement agreement. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the Services unless an attorney-client relationship has been formally established.

Information provided to us in the course of an established attorney-client relationship is subject to protections under applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, including the duty of confidentiality, in addition to the protections described in this policy. In the event of any conflict between this policy and our professional obligations, our professional obligations will control.

Children's and Minors' Data

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

AI-generated responses are informational only and do not constitute legal advice. We will attempt to verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we already maintain. If we cannot verify your identity from the information we maintain, we may request additional information from you, which will be used solely for verification purposes.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.
